Orkestra-Basque Institute of Competitiveness

Founded in 2006, Orkestra- Basque Institute of Competitiveness of Deusto Foundation has the mission to support the activities of the region’s public administration, social and economic players and universities in all areas associated with competitiveness.

 Orkestra is the result of the convergence of a number of strategic attempts that have resulted in a “cooperative partenariat” in the service of competitiveness and prosperity in the Basque Country.


 SPRI

SPRI is the business development agency created in 1981 by the Basque Government to provide back-up and services to Basque industry. SPRI is the parent of a group of companies which provide a response to the requirements of a business project from the fi rst idea to actual implementation of the project.


SPRI also uses certain instruments which allow our small and medium-sized enterprises access to information technology, outward movements on overseas projects, location within business environments which are suited to the specifi c needs of each sector, and use of venture capital funds to fi nance innovative and strategic projects.


CEIBS

The China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) is a non-profit joint venture established in 1994 under an agreement between the Chinese government and the European Commission. Its predecessor, the China-EC Management Institute (CEMI), was launched in Beijing in 1984.


The school’s executive partners are Shanghai Jiaotong University and the EFMD, who provide an institutional guarantee for the school’s long-term development and success. CEIBS enjoys a fully licensed legal-person status and a high level of autonomy in its operations. Currently, CEIBS operates a main campus in Shanghai, a representative offi ce and teaching facilities in Beijing, and in Shenzhen.
